As a Nepalese who has always loved nature, the Birdwatching Safari in Bardiya was a dream come true. I never imagined I would see such a variety of birds in one place—hornbills, kingfishers, eagles, and even the beautiful paradise flycatcher! The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience even more enriching by sharing fascinating facts about the birds and their habitats. The canoe ride along the Karnali River was a highlight; it was so peaceful, and we saw crocodiles and even a Gangetic dolphin! The lodge was very comfortable, and the food was delicious, with a nice local touch. This package is perfect for anyone who loves birds and wants a relaxing yet fulfilling adventure in nature. Truly a proud moment to experience the incredible biodiversity our country has to offer!
If you want a well-rounded experience of Bardiya National Park, this is the package to go for. I loved how it combined wildlife exploration with cultural immersion. The Tharu village tour was fascinating—I even learned how to make a traditional basket! The safari was breathtaking; we spotted a tiger on our second day, which was the highlight of the trip. The accommodations were excellent, and the food was fresh and flavorful. This package really offers the best of both worlds. The Cultural and Safari Combo package exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for. The jeep safaris were thrilling; we saw rhinos, deer, and so many birds! The cultural aspect of the package was equally impressive. Visiting the Tharu village and learning about their way of life was both fun and educational. Our guide was patient, knowledgeable, and great with kids, making it an unforgettable experience for my family. The evenings around the fire with stories and traditional food were the perfect way to wind down. Worth every penny!
